Terms of Service
Last updated:
ReplyMe is currently in beta. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use ReplyMe. We will update them as the product develops.
1. Who we are
ReplyMe (replyme.io) is operated by WP Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between us and the business that creates a ReplyMe account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
2. The service
ReplyMe answers WhatsApp messages on your behalf using AI, books appointments into your calendar, routes enquiries to your team and hands conversations it cannot handle over to you. ReplyMe is currently in beta: features may change, and we may add, alter or remove parts of the service as it develops.
3. Your account
- ReplyMe is for business use only. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
- Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
4. WhatsApp and connected services
ReplyMe works through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and, if you connect one, your Google Calendar. When you connect these services you must also follow their terms, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
- You are responsible for having the consent you need to message your customers on WhatsApp.
- Meta may restrict or suspend a WhatsApp account or number for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for those decisions.
- Messaging fees charged by Meta, if any, are separate from your ReplyMe subscription.
5. AI replies
Replies are generated by an AI model based on the information and settings you provide, such as your services, prices and opening hours. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate, for reviewing escalated conversations, and for informing your customers that an AI assistant may respond on your behalf.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use ReplyMe to:
- send spam, unsolicited marketing or messages to people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you
- offer or promote anything illegal, or anything prohibited by WhatsApp’s policies
- harass, deceive or impersonate anyone
- interfere with, probe or overload the service, or try to access other businesses’ data
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service
7. Fees and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in euros, through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and it ends at the close of the current billing period.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we may pause AI replies until your subscription is paid.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, which applies from your next billing period.
8. Your data
You own the content you and your customers put into ReplyMe, such as messages, bookings and business settings. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. For your customers' personal data, we act as your processor. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement applies to every subscription.
9. Our property
The ReplyMe software, brand and website belong to WP Media LLC. These terms give you the right to use the service while your subscription is active. They do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve ReplyMe without owing you anything.
10. Availability
We work to keep ReplyMe running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages at our providers (including Meta) and events beyond our control can cause interruptions.
11. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings, revenue or profit, or for the content of AI replies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where your business is based.
14. Changes
We may update these terms, especially as we move out of beta. We will post the new version on this page and notify account holders of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use ReplyMe after that means you accept the updated terms.
